Notice: Annual Exam 2024 – 25
1. Annual Exam will commence from 10th March (Monday) for Nursery to IX and XI. The exam has a weightage of 80 marks and there will be no re-examination if students fail to appear for the examination. Please note that only appearing in examination does not guarantee promotion to next class. Students must pass in overall result to get promoted. They also need to ensure regularity and have minimum 85% attendance in class.

3. Result will be declared on 05th April (Saturday). Students must come in school uniform, along with their parents to collect their report cards from their class teachers between 8:00am – 10:30am.
4. New academic session will start from 15th April (Tuesday). In case there are any changes, the same will be announced in classes.
5. The last date to clear the dues (including fees till month of March) is 21st February (Friday). Fees defaulters will be unable to appear for examination.
6. It takes about 5 days to update the fees from bank into school records, hence we request you to clear your dues before the last date to avoid inconvenience. Please do not queue up in the school to deposit your school fees after the last date. School fees will not be collected at school counters under any circumstances.
7. To avoid rush and long queues in bank, you can also pay the school fees online using eConnect app/website (http://bit.ly/dhsbgp-online-fees), or at paytm website (https://paytm.com/education). You can pay the fees using any debit card, credit card, net-banking, UPI or paytm wallet at both places. We have enabled the option in eConnect app to deposit the fees till month of March (to be manually selected at the time of payment).
8. Please make sure you go to only designated bank (Union Bank of India – Patal Babu Road, Janki Prasad Lane and Axis Bank – Patal Babu Road & Mohaddinagar Branch) to deposit school fees. Do not deposit fees in any other branch as it cannot be tracked or refunded. Do not come to school office to submit the school slip after depositing in wrong bank.
9. Any other payments done using direct NEFT or UPI transfer into school account cannot be tracked or refunded. School will not entertain any such requests later.
Please make sure you are in school campus by reporting time. Late comers will not be allowed in exam and will be asked to go back home. There will be no re-exam.

For Class VI-VIII: Moral Science, GK, Computer and Sanskrit exams are for 2 hours (writing time from 8:30am – 10:30am)
For Class VI-VIII: English, Hindi, Maths, Science and Social Science exams are for 3 hours (writing time from 8:30am – 11:30am) For Class IX-XII: All exams are of 3 hours (writing time from 8:30am – 11:30am)
Dispersal time for Nursery and KG will be the same i.e. 12:50 pm.
