Notice – 1st Periodic Test 2024 – 25

1. 1^st Periodic Test will commence from 08^th July 2024 (Monday) for I to X. Pattern of exams will include objective and subjective questions. The test has a weightage of 50 marks and there will be no re-examination if students fail to appear for the test.
2. Pre-Nursery, LKG, UKG, XI and XII will continue to have classes as usual during this time. There will be no classes for Std I to Std. X during periodic tests. Regular classes for I – X will resume from 16^th July 2024.
3. Last date to clear the dues is 28th June. We observe a lot of parents and students standing in queue even on the day of examination. Going forward, we will not entertain any requests on the day of exams. Fee defaulters will be strictly unable to appear for Periodic Test and there will be no re-test. Please ensure that your dues are cleared on time. Examination hall tickets will be distributed after 2nd July and no requests will be entertained during exams.
4. To avoid rush and long queues in bank, you can also pay the school fees online using eConnect app/website (http://bit.ly/dhsbgp-online-fees). You can pay the fees using any debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI or paytm wallet.
5. School fees will not be collected at school counters. Please do not queue up in the school to deposit your school fees. Make sure you deposit your fees online or at bank counters on time.
6. We are planning to conduct a parent-teacher meeting to counselling session to discuss career progress for class IX and X on 3 August. Detailed timing of the session will be announced later. We urge all parents to make the best use of this opportunity to discuss the progress of their children as they get closer to Board examinations.
