1. Mid Term Examination will commence from 19^th September 2022 (Monday) for Nursery to XII. Exam will be conducted in classes in offline mode, having a weightage of 80 marks. There will be no re-examination if students fail to appear for the exam.
2. Syllabus for academic year 2022-23 has already been provided to all students at the beginning of academic session and published in Google Classroom.
3. The last date to clear the dues is14 September. Fees defaulters will be unable to appear for Mid Term Examination. It is your responsibility to make sure you are not late to clear your dues, or you will be unable to appear for Mid Term Examination. School will not take any responsibility in such circumstances.
4. To avoid rush and long queues in bank, you can also pay the school fees online using eConnect app/website (http://bit.ly/dhsbgp-online-fees), or at paytm website (https://paytm.com/education). You can pay the fees using any debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI or paytm wallet at both places.
5. School fees will not be collected at school counters. Please do not queue up at school office counter to deposit your school fees. Make sure you deposit your fees online or at bank counters on time.
6. Green cards will be distributed on 16 September to all students who have cleared the dues (including fees of September 2022). No green cards will be distributed after 16 September and defaulters will be unable to appear for examinations.
7. Please do not come to school office for any discussion on non-payment or delayed paymentof school fees. The school management is already doing the best to accommodate delayed payments, any further requests will not be entertained.

Note: – Reporting time for students is 07:55am. Classes will break for Dusshera vacations after the last examination date for all classes. Regular classes will commence after vacations from 6 October 2022.
