Notice – 2^nd Periodic Test 2023 – 24

1. 2^nd Periodic Test will commence from 18^th December 2023 (Monday) for I to X. The test has a weightage of 50 marks and there will be no re-examination if students fail to appear for the test.
2. Syllabus for academic year 2023-24 has already been provided to all students at beginning of academic session and published in e-Vidya.
3. Nursery, KG, XI and XII will continue to have classes as usual during this time. There will be no classes for Std I to Std. X during periodic tests. Winter vacations for all classes will start after Periodic Test 2, and regular classes will begin from 3 January (Wednesday). Any notice related to cold wave will be posted on school website and eConnect, so all parents are requested to check these regularly.
4. Please note a correction in the last date to clear the dues. All parents are requested to clear the dues of December by 9^th December. Fees defaulters will be unable to appear for Periodic Test. Examination Hall tickets will be distributed after 9^th December in classroom.
5. To avoid rush and long queues in bank, you can also pay the school fees online using eConnect app/website (http://bit.ly/dhsbgp-online-fees), or at paytm website (https://paytm.com/education). You can pay the fees using any debit card, credit card, netbanking, UPI or paytm wallet at both places.
6. Please do not to transfer money directly into school’s bank account through NEFT/UPI or mobile wallet apps. Also, we ask you to make cash payments only in specified bank branches listed below. We do not have tie-ups with any other bank branches and we will be unable to accept requests to accommodate payments made beyond accepted methods.

7. School fees will not be collected at school counters.
