Independence Day Celebration – Guidelines & Advisory

Dear Parents,

The Independence Day program will be held on 15th August 2025 in the school premises. We look forward to the enthusiastic participation of our students in commemorating this important occasion.

Guidelines for Independence Day Program:

Reporting Time: 7:55 a.m. sharp

Dress Code: All students must be in proper school uniform, except those participating in the parade or cultural programs in costume.

On arrival, students should proceed directly to their classrooms. After the announcement, they will move to the ground with their class teachers and stand in the designated queues for the full duration of the program.

Parents and students are requested not to leave immediately after the flag hoisting. Kindly maintain the decorum of the event until the conclusion of the cultural program.

For junior classes (Nursery to V), attendance for the cultural segment may be at parents’ discretion, keeping in mind the weather.

Weather Advisory for Junior Classes (Nursery to V):

In view of the unpredictable monsoon conditions, which may bring rain or humid heat on the morning of 15th August, parents are advised to use their discretion when deciding to send children from Nursery to Class V. Cultural activities for these classes are being held during the week in school hours as part of our celebrations.

Additional Information:

The school will remain closed on 16th August 2025 on account of Janmashtami.

The announcement regarding Bishhari Puja will be made later.
