3Verification of Original Documents
At the time of admission or record updates, the School may request original documents strictly for verification purposes only.
- Original documents are verified and returned to parents/guardians immediately.
- The School does not retain original documents belonging to students or parents.
- Photocopies of verified documents are retained as part of the School’s official records.
These photocopies are stored both:
- As hard copies in the School office records, and
- As soft copies within the School’s secure ERP and administrative systems.
4Storage and Retention of Data
Student and parent data is stored as part of the School’s official academic and administrative records.
- Soft records are maintained in the School’s ERP and digital systems.
- Hard copies are securely maintained in the School office.
- Data is retained for the duration required to meet academic, legal, regulatory, and archival obligations, including CBSE and government requirements.
- Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.
5Accuracy of Information and Parent Responsibility
- Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to the School is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Any change in student or parent information must be promptly informed to the School.
- The School may request parents to re-submit updated records or documents when required.
Failure to update information may lead to discrepancies in official records, including CBSE registrations, examination records, and government-issued identifiers.
6Use of Collected Information
The data collected by the School is used solely for legitimate educational and administrative purposes, including:

- No personal information is shared with external parties for commercial or marketing purposes as part of this access.
- Platform access is limited to what is necessary for the student’s academic and administrative engagement with the School.

The School does not sell, rent, or share student or parent data with any third party for commercial use.
Information may be shared only when required with authorized entities, including:
- CBSE and other education boards for registration and examinations
- Government authorities for statutory purposes such as APAAR / PEN generation
